    PRESIDENT

    Em is the owner of Em + H Chicago, a boutique consulting firm that’s a certified DBE with the Chicago Transit Authority and WBE with the State of Illinois. Em is a group fitness instructor, Law & Order enthusiast, and proud cat lady.

    David Schottky, AICP

    VICE PRESIDENT

    David is an Urban Planner with HNTB, specializing in transportation, community engagement, economic development, and land use. He also likes to run, dance to house music, and go to the actual, in-person movie theater.

  • Megan McPhilimy

    TREASURER

    Megan is a Transit Planning Project Manager at HNTB who is passionate about improving public transit and developing practical solutions that expand access and help people get where they need to go. Outside of work, Megan enjoys traveling and serving as her dog's personal tour guide of Chicago's neighborhoods.

    Jill Kramer

    SECRETARY

    Jill is a transportation planner and NEPA practitioner at Parametrix, where she helps shape thoughtful, resilient, and environmentally responsible transportation systems. What drives her work is the opportunity to make a lasting impact—ensuring today’s projects support communities and the environment well into the future. Outside the office, Jill recharges by spending time outdoors, whether hiking, traveling, or discovering new places.
